IGOR delivers the human science capability required to design, develop and operate complex systems.

Founded in Defence science, we work across human performance, human–machine integration, decision-making, training and simulation, organisational systems and operational effectiveness. Our work supports Defence, government, industry and technology organisations where human capability is critical to system performance.

IGOR is an AI-augmented systems consultancy. We have integrated artificial intelligence into our work from the earliest days of generative AI, extending the capacity of our people to research, interrogate evidence, analyse complex problems, test reasoning and translate insight into action.

AI does not replace IGOR’s judgement. It increases what our people can do — allowing us to work through more evidence, explore more possibilities, identify gaps and contradictions earlier and move from question to decision faster.

Our AI-augmented model also allows us to assemble additional specialist capability around a project when required — bringing AI-augmented IGOR capability into the workplace alongside our human team.
