Continuous Improvement for the RAAF and DMO

• The Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Continuous Improvement (CI) Program will provide "an Air Force with an adaptive culture, continuously improving capabilities, producing measurable and sustained improvements in effectiveness and efficiencies."
• The RAAF and the Aerospace Systems Division (ASD) of Defence Material Organisation (DMO) have embraced a program of continuous improvement to counteract the impact of the 5% budget cut to Australian Department of Defence.
• IGOR has been appointed a consultant to the Continuous Improvement Panel for an initial three year period commencing February 2009.
