Mark Fusco - Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant 

Mark has 20 years of Manufacturing Industry experience, with extensive knowledge of complex manufacturing processes, technologies and scales of production gained from his working career in Australia, Japan, Europe and the US.

Andrew Marshall - Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant

Andrew has more than 15 years of Manufacturing Industry experience, with extensive knolwdge of new facility development, process improvement and introducing lean principals to business.

Ken Craig - Senior Continuous Improvment Consultant

Ken has more than 40 years of Manufacturing Industry experience mostly gained within the automotive industry. This expereince has been aided by extensive travel to oveseas plants in the U.S.A., Japan, Europe and Mexico.

Peter Cesco - Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant

Peter has been a specialist business coach and consultant in lean competitive manufacturing processes for over 10 years. Peter is an accredited workplace trainer and assessor. Peter served in the Royal Australian Air Force from 1966 - 1984. 

Barry Allison - Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant

Barry has extensive experience (30 years) in manufacturing engineering. Barry spent time with the Royal Australian Navy in the 1960s and has extended his understanding of Continuous Improvement and lean tools in manufacturing plants from Japan, United Kingdom, Sweden, West Germany, South Korea, U.S.A, China and France.

Alister Lee - Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant

Alister has worked in Australia and the US for over 15 years implementing lean and six sigma process improvements. He has experience across the automotive, minings, services and banking industries. Alister holds a Master Black Belt.

Kathryn McKewen

Kathryn is an Organisational Psychologist. She is highly regarded in assisting organisations deal with change and developing team based structures. Kathryn has experience working with lean in continuous improvement in the health industry. Kathryn is an accredited workplace trainer and assessor.

Jacky Dakin

Jacky is an Organisational Psycholgist. Jacky has extensive experience in leadership and management coaching, training and mentoring. Jacky is an accredited workplace trainer and assesor. Jacky specialises in conflict managment during change.  

Kerri Ashcroft

Kerri has 23 years in learning and development, with signifcant industry experience in both the Information Technology and Government sectores in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. Kerri specialises in working with leaders and individuals to lead and support change managment initiatives, and coach individuals in the development of outstanding leadership competencies.

Daniel Rees

Daniel is a human behavior change specialist with significant experience in organisational development and change within the health sector. Daniel is an accredited workplace trainer and assesor.
