Dawn had been employed for 13 years (1992-2005) as a Human Scientist with the Department of Defence and Commonwealth Scientific Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) before taking the leap to found IGOR and lead Austral-Asias first professional services firm of exceptional Human Scientists.  Dawn had prior experience as a general manager of a start up company in the South Australian tourism industry and had owned and operated a commercial property development company through to sale in 2005. Dawn holds a Masters of Organisational Psychology (ABT).

Sam brings IGOR a depth of technical and  operational level leadership experience in the financial management of entrepreneurial small business. Sam also brings strong knowledge of accounting and finance at the strategic level developed through association with the Agriculture Banks of China (ranked No. 14 in the World Banks) and the Sichuan Jiayu Construction Company, China and Hawk Pty Ltd Australia. Sam holds a Masters Degree in Financial Management from ANU and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Deakin University.
